hmm, good question ... well ... it's my blog ... my thoughts ... and now it's my pics ... before i "stole" pics from other sites to illustrate my posts.
now that you mention it i suppose it's no different from Oprah plastering herself on the cover of every one of her O Magazines.
hmm ... too egotistical?!! ... something for me to think about.
i guess i started out posting my own pics so readers would get an idea of my mood or personality ... sort of aid the entertainment experience. A majority of the positive feedback I've received is that my blog is very visual ... but if i'm overdoing it with personal photos ...
should i lay off?
besides the ultimate reason I did it was so that I could snag myself a man ... since I have him ... I guess I should just shut the whole blog down ... sit at home ... watch TV all the time ... wear a sweatsuit ... get fat ... and let myself go to pot.
Well, after 7 months of reading your blog, I have decided to delurk in order to compliment you on your extremely cool style of dress. It has, in the past, made me realize I need to be more creative working with the "mid-western late in the season fashion" that is so painful to see every time I look in the closet!! haha =-)
I agree with Ruth (as somebody who hasn't met you, also someone who doesn't need an internet boyfriend; I think my wife might object). Perhaps it's something for US to think about, posting our own artwork/photography instead of 'stolen goods'. Except I think I'm a bit self-conscious about posting self-portraits ...
This is a bit late, but can I just agree with Christine (the one not going out with an Aussie). I really like your clothes in that photo. The necklace goes well with the skirt... it all looks good.
And Mike, don't worry, I'm not trying to cut your lunch! ;)
not one to be lumped in with everyone else, i enjoy being different: i laugh when i ought to cry, i run off the sides of mountains, i can't answer the question 'where are you from?', i told my husband i loved him before i met him, and i'm a woman who is doing her part to reverse the negative trends of extreme feminism. i seek to encourage my brothers-in-Christ, and discuss ways in which women can do the same.

You know you two don't have to post the exact same thing from opposite viewpoints every time you make a post right?
:{P>
(That's me sticking my tongue out - you can tell by the goatee)
I agree, the cuteness factor is becoming intolerable. Lord help us when they meet face to face!
I do it for Mike. It boosts his ego when he gets more readers.
(You know you like it ... or at least get a good laugh/eye-roll out of it!)
You are FUNNY! cute post.
what is the deal with all the photos of yourself?

Sounds like a plan. :)
You know you're posting photos so Mike can see them!

Love the post - and as someone who hasn't met you - I love the pics of you - and the videos.
Thanks for sharing.
I don't need an internet boyfriend - but I'll pass on the tips to my friends!!! ;-)
