it feels good to purge

Well, I've sorted through all my belongings and have reduced the amount of stuff I'm transporting to Tasmania to a much reduced wardrobe, books, and a few art pieces.

Everything else has got to go.

You have a LOT of stuff, girl. I mean, a LOT.

If you have a tall-girl clothing sale coming up, I think you should post the info. :)

(Purely selfish motives... I'm 5'10-ish.)

Christine, your preparations for moving to Tasmania have convicted me of my materialism and literary idolatry. I fully believe that if faced with the possibility of moving halfway around the world, I would sell every useful thing I owned so that my precious (and newly laminated, if the climate were tropical) books could all be shipped in safety. I wonder how much it costs to airlift one's library to Zimbabwe...

May we all be as willing as you to sacrifice mere earthly goods. :)

So, how did you decide to rid yourself of the "excess baggage"? If you're having a sale or anything, let me know and I'll bring some peeps.

If you have any good artwork that you just can't find a home for, let me know, especially if I know the artist.

Swift. When it comes to transporting books, you can never be too prepared... :)
