so I guess this means that I am a pshycic...and guess what, it means that my prayers for you were answered (you know the ones I am talking about)...I guess this means that I have to finally get my passport
Mike has worn the ring I'm wearing on his small finger on his left hand for the past 7 years (in the back of his mind hoping it would fit the ring finger of his bride) ... perfect fit. I couldn't be happier.
Together we picked out a ring for him to wear ... who says guys can't have a ring?
On a similar note I have a ring I will give him that I have worn since I was 14 on our wedding day.
Congrats Guys! Why Germany btw? On rings: I wore an engagement ring on my 'ring' finger before i got married. It was silver so as to not confuse it with a gold wedding band. I think its great if guys can wear an engagement ring too.
not one to be lumped in with everyone else, i enjoy being different: i laugh when i ought to cry, i run off the sides of mountains, i can't answer the question 'where are you from?', i told my husband i loved him before i met him, and i'm a woman who is doing her part to reverse the negative trends of extreme feminism. i seek to encourage my brothers-in-Christ, and discuss ways in which women can do the same.

Wow, those engagement rings look an awful lot like wedding rings....?!
Wow, congrats guys. This is great news.
May God bless your married life together.
Just back in OZ yesterday, and read your news. Congratulations Mike and Christine. May God bless you hugely.
you should get married on July 7th, then your wedding date will be 07-07-07
(which to me is a little spookier than 06-06-06)

Hmmmm... wonder if I can get two weeks of of my hypothetical job to bum around Europe before the wedding.
I don't think anyone got my pretzel joke. Hmmmm... must be too subtle.

Please explain the pretzel joke. I still don't get it.

Christina
Congratulations to you both. I was soo excited and pleased for you both when I found out you were engaged.
God Bless,
That is so wonderful! God is good!
Why is Mike wearing an engagement ring? If a guy wears a ring on that finger it means he is married.
I think the story on the rings is cool!
Christine,
I don't have to ask how this month has been. May you experience all the wonderful blessings of God as you look toward this special occasion.

I thought something interesting was going to be here on the 27th.
Jim 3... I got the joke. Prolly cause we're related?
My dad LOVES Hanover pretzels! Esp. the honey-mustard nugget kind.

Germ-land is the land of the Hnat pares hence the wedding is located there.
The rings will probably double as wedding rings... not really by the book but hey nothing in this relationship has been so why spoil the script.
isn't the ring significant in the marriage service though, the giving of the rings.
Not that you have to follow those rules but that's probably why it seems different.
